Understand the information, access and systems a useful AI service would depend on. We help you identify what is ready, what needs attention and how to improve the foundations without turning the review into an open-ended technology project.
A readiness review is most useful when it follows a piece of work from beginning to end. That might be answering a customer question, handling a referral or updating a service record. We identify where information comes from, who maintains it and how it moves between people and systems. The aim is a practical view of the dependencies that matter to the proposed service.
Accurate information is only useful if the right people and systems can reach it. We review source material, duplication, missing fields, permissions and update responsibilities. For a knowledge service, this includes whether documents are current and whether answers should respect different access levels. For a workflow, it includes identifiers, interfaces, exception handling and how changes are recorded.
We examine existing software features and integration options before recommending additional tools. A business may be able to improve an existing customer-management workflow; a charity may need a clearer route between referrals, case records and approved guidance. These are illustrative situations, rather than claims about a particular implementation. Where supplier information is needed, we identify the questions to put to them.
You receive an account of the systems and information reviewed, the gaps that affect the proposed use case and a prioritised set of actions. Recommendations distinguish essential preparation from improvements that can follow later. We identify owners and dependencies so the work can become part of a delivery plan, rather than a separate list of technical observations.
A system list, a few representative records or documents, and someone who understands the process are useful starting points. We agree an appropriate way to review material and use synthetic or approved examples where possible. The scope, access arrangements, deliverables and fee are agreed before work begins.
